We are not responsible for late shipments due to the holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, if you've placed an order on a Friday, the processing for your order will begin on the next business day.
When purchasing wigs, processing time is 3-5 days, it may also depend on the sales due to high volume.
Orders outside of Canada, your orders should arrive within 5-7 business days.
Be aware we are not responsibly for any custom fees or import tax that your country may charge you.
For health and safety reasons we do not accept exchanges or returns, please double check your orders carefully before checking out. To report an issue with your order, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exception / Non - refundable items
Certain items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
For all pick up orders you must wait for confirmation before pick up. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready, the email will contain the address for pick up.
